5. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver all over Pakistan. Delivery time usually ranges from 3–7 working days, depending on your location.

Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

6. Returns & Exchanges

We only accept returns or exchanges if:

  • The product is damaged
  • You received the wrong item

You must contact us within 2–3 days of delivery with proof (photos/videos).

Products must be unused and in original packaging.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (images, text, logo, designs) belongs to ZOSHÁ and cannot be used without permission.
